Full Job Description

Ibotta is looking for a Data Science Manager, Marketing Analytics to join our fast-growing team. This position is located in Denver, Colorado, as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.   THE ROLE This is a player/coach role that will lead the data science and analytics engineering functions within the Marketing Analytics team, while driving innovative solutions using machine learning, data analytics, and statistical modeling for internal and external partners. You will work closely with direct to consumer and B2B marketing leaders to define and execute Ibotta’s growth strategy, translating business questions and performance goals into Machine Learning driven personalization models   This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.   Not based in Denver? We will offer a relocation bonus to help make your move to the Mile High City a smooth one.   WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING - Lead data science projects end-to-end: gathering requirements, cleaning complex datasets, and developing, evaluating, and productionizing innovative technical solutions, while optimizing existing incentive models - Build centralized and extensible code repositories, packages, and workflows in Python. - Implement MLOps best practices and establish automated processes to scale insights across Ibotta. - Flex work between advanced ML capabilities and descriptive analyses to meet the business where it's at. - Confidently speak with internal and external stakeholders about foundational models and project deliverables. - Serve as a leader across the department, bringing operational and culture-building best practices. - Research industry trends to stay abreast of new developments and proactively suggest areas of improvement. - Uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transpar
