ABOUT THE ROLE Strider is looking for an Applied Intelligence Manager to own NORAM Market Delivery — the function that sits at the intersection of data science, product, and commercial outcomes. This is not a traditional market-facing role. It is a builder's role. The person who succeeds here has deep technical fluency in data and AI systems, sharp commercial instincts, and the judgment to distinguish custom work that drives strategic value from work that does not. Market Delivery is an extension of the product organization. This team does not advise, consult, or manage delivery from a distance. They build working solutions alongside Engineering, Growth, and CS — solutions that generate direct ARR, feed the product roadmap, or accelerate the commercial motion in government and enterprise accounts. NORAM is a mature market for Strider. The product largely exists, the client base is established, and the bar for custom work is high. The work here is at the edges — extending what is already built, executing high-value engagements for strategic accounts, and ensuring the intelligence flowing back from clients is shaping what we build next. WHAT YOU WILL DO Own the NORAM commercial delivery motion. Partner closely with Growth and CS to identify where custom work creates outsized commercial value — contract expansions, Gov engagements, strategic new logos — and execute it. This team is accountable to measurable ARR contribution, not just activity. Build working solutions on top of Strider's data infrastructure.
