As Data Science Manager, you are responsible for managing the Leads of multiple sport-specific modelling teams. You ensure consistency, alignment, and delivery across the portfolio of models while supporting the career development of Lead Data Scientists. You will work closely with the Head of Data Science on planning, staffing, and setting the direction for the function. You will be instrumental in scaling the data science capability and ensuring technical quality, delivery efficiency, and team cohesion across the department.
