The Data Science & Analytics Technical Lead provides leadership, technical direction, and oversight for data science, analytics, and decision-support activities. The position leads analytical initiatives, manages distributed teams, and ensures delivery of high-quality analytical products that support mission, operational, and strategic objectives. This role is onsite at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL (Onsite) Required Clearance: Active TS/SCI security clearance Key Responsibilities •    Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data science and analytics initiatives. •    Provide technical oversight and mentorship to analysts and data scientists. •    Develop and implement analytical methodologies and reporting solutions. •    Translate customer requirements into actionable analytical products. •    Coordinate analytical activities across multiple organizations and stakeholders. •    Establish standards and best practices for data analysis and reporting. •    Evaluate and integrate emerging digital capabilities and technologies
