What They're Looking For.
Must Have
14+ years of experience in Data Science & Analytics, 5+ yrs into P&C Insurance, 5+ years client-facing and delivery roles in Insurance, Experience delivering analytics and AI/ML solutions, Demonstrated consultative engagement skills, Python proficiency, SQL proficiency, AWS suite basic knowledge, Databricks experience, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to Have
Proficient in project management methodologies, Agile, Scrum, PMP a plus, Exposure to GenAI or Agentic AI, Exposure to LLMs, Master’s degree in engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field, Project Management certifications
