Must Have
University degree in a technical or quantitative field (e. g. , computer science, mathematics, physics, economics, etc. ), 4+ years of experience in applying AI, machine learning and/or data science in business and/or academia, Experience building Generative AI solutions that leverage LLMs, Demonstrated experience in building and deploying agentic AI solutions such as Google ADK, including knowledge of agent architectures, reasoning, and planning, knowledge of Python, as well as relevant data science or engineering frameworks (e. g. , scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Spark, LangChain etc. ), Knowledge of GCP or another major cloud platform, You live and breathe principles of good engineering and professional software development, Comfortable working with and managing uncertainty, ambiguity, Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Nice to Have
Ideally, practical experience in finance and banking, Knowledge of MLOps principles and practices for deploying and managing AI models in production, Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), Experience with Agile development methodologies, Certified in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field
