We continuously develop our skills, not only through client projects but also through other interesting activities. ## About your manager Adam Kele leads the German Financial Services Transformation Practice within Technology Consulting and brings 15 years of experience in technology strategy, complex program delivery, and system integration and transformation projects across the Central and Eastern European region. Adam is passionate about bridging the IT and business perspectives, bringing a structured yet pragmatic approach to both business and delivery. ## Job description & summary As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving data quality frameworks and processes across modern data platforms. You will work closely with platform teams, data owners, and business stakeholders to ensure data is reliable, consistent, and fit for purpose. Your responsibilities will include: * Completed university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field; candidates with an interdisciplinary background (e.g. business combined with technology, digital transformation, payments, or financial services) are also welcome * 3 + years of relevant professional experience, ideally in financial services, consulting, banking, payments, fintech, or a related financial environment * Designing, implementing, and maintaining data quality frameworks * Defining and implementing data quality rules, checks, and reports in data quality tools * Supporting the integration of data quality capabilities
