Must Have
3 + years of relevant professional experience, Designing, implementing, and maintaining data quality frameworks, Defining and implementing data quality rules, checks, and reports in data quality tools, Supporting the integration of data quality capabilities into data platforms, Experience with data quality management, Hands-on experience working within modern data platforms, Proven experience defining data quality rules, KPIs/metrics, and designing quality reporting dashboards, Experience using German at B2-C1 level, Experience using English at C1 level
Nice to Have
Interdisciplinary background (e.g. business combined with technology, digital transformation, payments, or financial services), Experience in financial services, consulting, banking, payments, fintech, or a related financial environment, Hands-on experience or demonstrated interest in applying AI/ML methods to data quality processes, AI-based methods to optimize and automate data quality processes

Adam is passionate about bridging the IT and business perspectives, bringing a structured yet pragmatic approach to both business and delivery. ## Job description & summary As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving data quality frameworks and processes across modern data platforms. You will work closely with platform teams, data owners, and business stakeholders to ensure data is reliable, consistent, and fit for purpose. Your responsibilities will include: * Completed university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field; candidates with an interdisciplinary background (e.g. business combined with technology, digital transformation, payments, or financial services) are also welcome * 3 + years of relevant professional experience, ideally in financial services, consulting, banking, payments, fintech, or a related financial environment * Designing, implementing, and maintaining data quality frameworks * Defining and implementing data quality rules, checks, and reports in data quality tools * Supporting the integration of data quality capabilities
