Must Have
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, Confident in using computers and office applications (Microsoft Office/Google Suite), Attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data, Willing to work in the late India time zone (till 9 PM IST), A university degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of experience in loyalty programs, customer engagement, or panel management, including recognition and retention strategies
Nice to Have
BSC/ Btech and any technical degree will be prioritized, Technical knowledge on mobile applications will be an added advantage
What You'll Do.
Provide daily support for research panels
Act as primary point of contact for participants
Assist in panelist communications development
Identify process improvement opportunities
Ensure compliance with market and legal requirements
Support digital audience measurement
Assist in analyzing digital data trends
Work with global teams to implement improvements
