With this growth and our long-term ambitions, we are investing significantly within data, and recently setup the Chief Data Office. * Keep our Party, Risk, and Reference master data accurate, complete, and trusted so downstream processes and analytics work first time. * Resolve MDM (Master Data Management) queries fast , prevent repeat issues, and drive continuous data quality improvement in Stibo STEP. Responsibilities: * Front‑door for MDM (Master Data Management) queries Triage, investigate, and work with current GSO and Onshore operations teams to resolve incoming issues and requests (e.g., suspected duplicates, attribute corrections, reference data updates), escalating only when needed. Own cases end‑to‑end, including stakeholder comms and closure notes. * Data cleansing projects Work with current Operations teams in GSO and Onshore to plan and run targeted cleansing sprints for Party, Risk, and Reference domains (deduplication, standardisation, survivorship fixes, enrichment). Track progress and outcomes. * Operate Stibo STEP Exec
