What You'll Do.
Support interpretation of international data protection and privacy
Produce comprehensive data protection and risk assessments documentation
Log decisions for data protection and risk assessments
Contribute to delivering data protection regulatory change work
Improve documentation for current regulated markets
Improve existing processes for current regulated markets
Identify non-conformity within the Business and escalate appropriately
Produce high calibre documentation including applicable risk assessments
Support the project process to ensure data protection
Assist internal and external audits
Identify appropriate data protection and privacy knowledge and
Review third party data protection agreements
Stay up to date with new regulatory requirements
Monitor the Data Protection mailbox
Respond to enquiries promptly

You will support the department’s interpretation of international data protection and privacy legislation, in particular those around the supply of information to applicable internal operational entities . This role will require a detailed understanding of EU and UK data protection and privacy regulations, leading to a common understanding with team members, key stakeholders, and various teams within the company. Key deliverables will be comprehensive data protection and risk assessments documentation and decision logging, which can be worked through in conjunction with various parties and other team members to produce relevant technical solutions.
