What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager, Experience with Scrum and/or Kanban, Experience in the Data environment (e.g., Data Engineering, Analytics or BI), Understanding of basic data architectures and pipelines, Very good knowledge in Jira (Backlogs, Boards, Tickets) and Confluence (Documentation), Ability to independently perform data queries and interpret results, Experience with Databricks or comparable data platforms, Basic understanding of data pipelines, Knowledge of broker and customer data, Knowledge of regulatory topics like KYC, AML or MiFID, Fluent communication in German and English

Communicating requirements from Finance, Business, and Compliance into clear technical requirements for the Data Team.; Fluent communication in German and English.
