What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in data product management or data product operations role in a healthcare or life sciences domain, Prior experience working with medical and / or prescription claims data, Comfortable using data analysis tools and creating SQL queries to conduct analysis, Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, Highly detail-oriented with an "Operations First" approach, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, Ability to leverage AI tools (Gemini, Claude, Cursor, etc. ) to enhance personal productivity, streamline workflows, content and visualization creation
Nice to Have
Familiarity with life sciences, payer, and provider healthcare users, their priorities, and data and analytics needs, Prior experience as a product manager, with experience in a data-focused role at a B2B technology/software company, Experience working in agile / scrum teams with engineering to ship features and products, Experience as a leader with proven ability to collaborate and influence others in a highly cross-matrixed environment, Understanding of the third party payment system in the United States and how this system affects the claims data a plus but not required, Experience interacting with, managing, or building with AI agentic workflows
