What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a comparable field, 4+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, controlling, reporting, or in-house consulting, analytical mindset with the ability to structure, analyse, and interpret complex data, A solid foundation in Power BI combined with Excel, Solid understanding of KPIs, controlling principles, and performance management, Very good command of English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have

Experience in shared services, operations, finance, or consulting environments is an advantage, experience with other BI tools (e.g. Snowflake) is an advantage, Experience working with ERP systems such as IFS, as well as other operational platforms, is a plus

As a Data & Process Analyst, you create transparency, actionable insights, and structured understanding across the Shared Service Center and supported market units in TOMRA Collection Europe, even in complex and evolving data environments.
