**This role is for one of the Weekday's clients** Min Experience: 1 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time We seek a candidate who possesses a solid knowledge of data privacy, expertise in DPDPA implementation, and technical execution skills, particularly within the fintech and payments sector. Experience Required: 1–2 years of relevant experience will be considered, as long as the candidate demonstrates a strong practical understanding. **Requirements** Essential Skills: * In-depth knowledge of DPDPA and its data privacy implementation * Comprehensive understanding of the entire privacy compliance lifecycle * Familiarity with privacy and security guardrails * Awareness of consent management, notification processes, data subject rights, breach response, vendor management, and ROPA * Basic knowledge of tools, automation, dashboards, workflows, and implementing privacy technologies * Capability to engage in technical discussions related to DPDPA readiness * Experience in the fintech or payments sector is a plus * Ability to collaborate effectively with business, compliance, security, and technology teams Preferred Candidate Profile: An individual possessing both privacy expertise and technical implementation skills, capable of supporting DPDPA deployment within a fintech setting. ### Essential Skills DPDPA, Data Privacy, Privacy Compliance, Technical Implementation
