We’re hiring an Data Operations Specialist to support our Content Operations teams in executing strategies, coordinating units, developing KPIs, and building reporting. This hands-on role suits candidates with a Business or Data Analyst foundation and appeals to those with team-lead or people-management experience who want operational ownership plus opportunities to mentor or lead small teams. THE CHALLENGE * Drive the execution of Content Operations strategies and support the smooth running of day-to-day workflows. * Design, maintain and report on KPIs, performance dashboards and financial metrics to keep teams informed and on track. * Produce regular operational and financial reports, translating data into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders. * Identify trends, bottlenecks and cost drivers, turning analysis into practical recommendations for improvement. * Document processes, maintain playbooks and support the rollout of new workflows across the team. * Coordinate across multiple units and teams to ensure alignment and seamless collaboration. * Mentor or manage small teams and facilitate team cadence meetings where needed. * Support ad-hoc data requests, campaign tracking and budget controls as they arise ABOUT YOU * Background in Business or Data Analysis, Operations or a similar field * Strong financial acumen w
