Visit us at to learn more. **Job Overview-** We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented **Data Operations Manager** to manage operational data related to front line engineer performance, productivity, payouts, and business KPIs. The role involves handling large datasets, maintaining reporting accuracy, validating payout data, and supporting operations teams with actionable insights. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **SQL and Excel** , along with hands-on experience in operational reporting and data management in fast-paced environments. **Key Responsibilities** **Data Operations & Reporting** * Manage and analyze operational data related to front line engineers, productivity, attendance, SLAs, and payouts. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and operational trackers. * Monitor key business and workforce KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership teams. * Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting across operations. **SQL & Data Management** * Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting. * Work with large datasets from multiple systems and databases. * Perform data cleaning, reconciliation, and validation to ensure reporting accuracy. * Identify and resolve data discrepancies proactively. **Payout & Performance Management** * Validate front line engineer payout calculations and incentive structures. * Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams for payout reconciliation and issue r
