What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years in research, intelligence, knowledge management, consulting, or content-driven data roles, at least 2 years leading a team, owned a structured intelligence product or dataset that customers actually paid for, Editorial judgment, Track record designing taxonomies, ontologies or research frameworks for complex domains, Experience scaling team operations: SOPs, quality controls, throughput KPIs, capacity planning, Comfortable in technical conversations, Hands-on with modern AI tooling, Comfortable working across Manila–Paris timezones, Fluent English
