Reuters is seeking a Data Operations Executive eager to learn and to start a career in a fast-paced global environment. _**About the Role:**_ As a **Data Operations Executive** , your main responsibilities will be: * Manage **SPEX contracts end‑to‑end** , including contract checks, confirmation of passes, delivery tracking, and adding SPEX details per event * Own **SPEX management in Cvent** , ensuring accurate setup, updates, and data consistency across events * Act as the **primary point of contact for sponsors** , handling portal questions, pass chasing, and sponsor logo uploads * Execute **data cleaning and validation** activities to maintain accurate and reliable event and delegate data * Track and manage **dietary and accessibility requirements** , ensuring all delegate needs are properly recorded * Set up **webinars** , manage post‑webinar data collection, and complete wrap‑up reporting * Run **free delegate conversion campaigns** , including email and phone confirmations, and maintain up‑to‑date tracking reports ## _**About You:**_ To be successful as a **Data Operations Executive** , you will likely have: * An **IT‑related educational background** (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Systems, Data, or similar) with the ability to quickly learn and navigate complex systems and tools, and **approximately 6–12 months of experience in database management or data handling** * Exposure to **website or event management platforms** (training provided), with experience considered an advantage * **Customer service experience** in a professional environment, with confidence engaging via email and phone * Strong **time management and multitasking skills** , able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously * Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** , with a high level
