2+ years of Production/Technical experience in a successful branded company/organization, Experience working across a global business within a multicultural working, Experience introducing and executing new processes across a, Knowledge of the sport and its officiating (Soccer), Communication skills are key to this role, you will be required to manage issues and report back status of delivery consistently. What You'll Do.

management of this live service
storage of the historical data for future use
manage and provide effective feedback to a team of tracking technical operators
liaise with the Tracking Lead
ensuring the smooth delivery of our tracking data output to stakeholders

Responsible for the delivery of our Data Feeds
Ensuring the Data outputs are accurate and actioning where needed to meet the different deadlines
Data Storage Management and Accessibility
Oversee pre-game checks of the systems in accordance with standard procedures
solve problems in a timely manner when issues arise
Execute weekly hardware investigations and resolutions
Ensure resolutions are followed-up and communicated
Assist with leading training sessions across tracking technical operators
Assist and oversee the operation of the technologies during the game remotely from the Atlanta Office

Moving into Full-term if successful Term: June 15th, 2026 - June 15th,2027 Compensation: $43,112 - $57,482 What Is The Job All About? Hawk-Eye Innovations is seeking a Data Operations Coordinator to oversee our NWSL (Soccer) tracking data delivery, which comprises various feeds that are distributed in varying latencies to clients and stakeholders. The management of this live service is essential, as well as the storage of the historical data for future use. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of optical tracking, with the ability to manage and provide effective feedback to a team of tracking technical operators and liaise with the Tracking Lead. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth delivery of our tracking data output to stakeholders and will require a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for the delivery of our Data Feeds.
