Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance, programing experience, 8–10 years of combined experience in data business analysis, FP&A, product operations, or similar roles blending Finance and Sales Operation, analytical and quantitative skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, advanced proficiency in SQL, advanced proficiency in analytics tools, Proven experience collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders in high-tech software companies, Ability to interpret complex data, build models, communicate insights succinctly
Nice to Have
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Advanced proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (SAP, SFDC), Advanced proficiency in reporting tools, Familiarity with pricing models, Familiarity with deal analysis, Familiarity with financial forecasting, Exposure to product development lifecycle, Exposure to programming workflows, Experience with data visualization tools e. g. Tableau, Experience with AI Agent tools, Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high‑growth environment with competing priorities
