Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field, 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Operations, or Reporting roles, Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Nice to Have
PhD preferred, Specific ML framework experience, Cloud platform certs
What You'll Do.
Analyze operational data to identify trends
Create and maintain business reports and performance metrics
Develop actionable insights for leadership and operations teams
Monitor key operational KPIs and proactively highlight risks
and maintain dashboards using BI tools
Troubleshoot and fix dashboard issues

Improve dashboard usability and visualization standards
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems
Identify manual and repetitive operational tasks suitable for
Design and implement automation solutions using available tools

Come deliver this transformation. About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Operations Analyst to work directly with the India RCM Leadership. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency through data analysis, dashboard development, process automation, reporting, and data quality management. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, identifying operational bottlenecks, building insightful dashboards, automating repetitive tasks, and partnering with business stakeholders to drive data-backed decision-making.
