3–6 years of experience in Salesforce, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM/Data Governance roles, functional understanding of Salesforce objects and relationships (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Territories), including validation rules, picklists, and dependencies, Proven experience managing CRM data quality, bulk imports, deduplication, and governance initiatives, Ability to interpret system logic and business context, not just follow documented steps, Demonstrated experience creating dashboards and reports within Salesforce, documentation skills with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a command of the English language, ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
What You'll Do.
Serve as the Data Steward for Salesforce
owning CRM data accuracy
and system integrity across Accounts
Create and continuously maintain structured
accurate documentation that reflects system rules
and operational workflows.
Execute complex data operations including account hierarchy management
and deduplication — with first-pass accuracy.
Perform data validation
including but not limited to email
to maintain high-quality
compliant CRM records.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to contact ownership
territory assignments
opportunity assignment
and hierarchy alignment.
Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to monitor data quality
and queue performance
Lead proactive data cleansing and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and maintain a clean
scalable Salesforce instance.
