You’ll be joining a team that delivers high‑quality e‑commerce data across more than 40 countries. We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, analytically minded Data Operations Analyst to be part of our dynamic, multicultural team. In this role, you’ll contribute to the entire data operations lifecycle—from validating, extracting, and processing digital transaction data to troubleshooting data quality issues and partnering with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities: Data Extraction * Build data extractors to parse e-receipts using NielsenIQ’s proprietary markup language and RegEx. * Debug and fine-tune templates to make sure they’re accurate, then validate your work with SQL and BI tools. * Keep documentation clear and communicate effectively with tech teams and client-facing teams. * Adapt extraction logic as data formats and business needs change. * Stay up to date with our internal processes and tools. Data Quality & Analysis * Conduct comprehensive checks to ensure data is complete, accurate, consistent, and correctly parsed, leveraging BI tools and SQL. * Investigate anomalies and irregularities specific to transactional data. * Write and optimize SQL queries, and build dashboards to support large‑scale analysis. * Prepare clear, actionable reports for client‑facing teams. Process Improvement * Spot opportunities for automation and help improve our processes and tools. * Support strategic projects aimed at improving operational workflows. * Work clos
