Must Have
2+ years of experience in data or file migration, data analysis, or a similar technical role, Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation, attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across large datasets, Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, A sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through, Ability to use AI to work more efficiently and collaboratively
Nice to Have
Experience with SQL (writing or optimizing queries/scripts for data validation or troubleshooting), Familiarity with SaaS environments or data migration tools, Background working with accounting or financial data, Prior experience supporting software implementations or client onboarding
What You'll Do.
Support data migration team during customer implementations
Assist with preparing
validating customer data
Provide hands-on support during critical cutover
Create and maintain spreadsheets to track data
Run and document test migrations
and quality assurance
Escalate issues or discrepancies to appropriate team members
Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity of client data
Identify potential issues and suggest solutions
