5+ years of hands-on experience in data migration, ETL experience, data integration experience, experience with data migration projects, experience with enterprise organizations, experience engaging with clients, experience engaging with internal stakeholders, subject matter expertise, command of ETL technologies, command of migration methodologies, command of data integration best practices, expertise in end-to-end data migration phases, expertise in assessment, expertise in planning, expertise in design, expertise in execution, expertise in testing, expertise in cutover, expertise in post-migration support, hands-on experience with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes, hands-on experience with data integration across complex enterprise environments, expertise running migration projects using industry-standard ETL tools, understanding of data quality assurance, understanding of validation methodologies, understanding of testing frameworks, experience with detailed migration planning, experience with scope definition, experience with resource allocation, experience with timeline development, experience with success criteria establishment, project management experience delivering complex, multi-phase initiatives, ability to manage stakeholders across multiple levels, communication skills, presentation skills, cross-functional collaboration experience, ability to identify risks, ability to assess risks, ability to mitigate risks, ability to develop contingency plans, ability to develop rollback strategies, experience translating technical migration concepts, broad experience across multiple industries, broad experience across migration scenarios, previous consulting experience, previous project delivery experience, experience working with multiple large enterprise clients, fluent in written English, fluent in spoken English
