What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in data migration, data quality, or data analysis within complex system implementations, technical and analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to data handling, Proficiency in SQL and experience working with structured data sets, Experience handling vendor-provided data extracts and understanding their structure and limitations, Solid understanding of source vs. target system responsibilities within data migration processes, High attention to detail, with the ability to document issues clearly and follow through to resolution, Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate in a self-driven manner, communication skills and ability to collaborate in a global project environment, Willingness and ability to be based in the Czech Republic with occasional presence in Prague, Candidates must declare criminal record extract not older than three months
Nice to Have
Experience with data transformation tools or frameworks (e.g., PySpark, Databricks is a plus), SAP experience is a Planon experience is highly valued, Experience in real estate data domains (e.g., lease, space, asset data) is a plus, Familiarity with data quality tools (e.g., Attaccama) is a plus
What You'll Do.
Support the implementation of a global real estate system (SAP / Planon) through hands-on data migration and data quality activities
Analyze source data provided by external vendors (e.g.

including both field-level and value-level mappings
Develop and apply data-driven transformation rules to align legacy data with target system requirements
Validate data loads and ensure overall data readiness for SAP / Planon deployment
