The Data Management Specialist supports the Head Start National Customer Service Improvement Project (CSIP) by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, organization, and usability of data used to support grants management, monitoring, reporting, and program oversight for the Office of Head Start (OHS). This role is responsible for data quality oversight, records management, workflow tracking, and maintenance of data assets and systems that support day-to-day operations and decision-making. The Data Management Specialist works closely with the Data Engineer/Data Project Lead, Data Analysts, Data Visualization Specialists, and program staff to ensure data are reliable, well-documented, and aligned across systems in accordance with federal standards and OHS requirements. Candidates must be available to being on-site in one of the following areas.
