**OVERVIEW:** This role leads enterprise data governance and strategy execution by coordinating policies, standards, and cross‑functional alignment critical to enterprise data outcomes. A core responsibility is establishing and managing **enterprise data working groups** to convene data owners, stewards, officers, and specialists to resolve data issues requiring bank‑wide consensus. The role supports the advancement of **Enterprise Data & AI (EDA)** capabilities by organizing decision‑making forums, facilitating alignment on data strategy, and ensuring decisions are operationalized, tracked, and reported. **POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Drive enterprise data strategy execution by establishing and facilitating **data working groups** when cross‑enterprise alignment is required * Convene appropriate stakeholders to make informed decisions on data standards, priorities, ownership, and remediation * Determine when to stand up new forums versus leveraging existing governance structures * Translate complex data problems into actionable governance, policy, and operating solutions * Ensure enterprise data decisions are documented, tracked, and embedded into ongoing operating models * Lead development and maintenance of enterprise data management policies and standards, including metadata, data quality, data retention, classification, privacy, and access controls * Partner with data product, platform, and business teams to implement and monitor adherence to enterprise data standards * Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and internal control requirements while escalating issues as needed **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:** Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years related experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years higher education and/ or work experience, including a minimum of 5 years related experience Experience analyzing data and draw valid conclusions Experience completing data research using industry standard research methods **IDEAL QUALI
