**Mission** As a **Data Management Expert** , you will play a key role in ensuring that business requirements are correctly translated into data logic, that the new solution is implemented according to clear specifications, and that the output is thoroughly validated before going live **About the team** You will join a highly skilled, cross‑functional team within the Private Individuals domain, focused on building and governing data solutions that enable advanced analytics and smarter business decisions. The team works at the intersection of business, data, and technology, collaborating closely with Product Owners, data engineers, and multiple Product Tribes. **Your day to day** * Collaborate with multiple Product Tribes to understand their data needs (batch and real‑time) and the business context behind them. * Analyze data requirements in depth and provide guidance to refine business requests * Maintain a clear view of how data travels and through the organization—from the initial source, to refined datasets, and finally to the teams who rely on it for decision‑making. * Analyze data requirements in depth and provide guidance to refine business requests * Bring data under proper governance by capturing and maintaining data definitions in the data dictionary as part of metadata management. * Define requirements for data quality, data lineage, data security, data privacy, and related business metadata. * Collaborate with data engineers to help ensure data is structured in a way that supports analysis and business use. * Perform end‑to‑end data testing for each use case, ensuring the outputs of the new solution match business requirements. * Manage stakeholder expectations and support planning together with the squad. * Ensure full alignment with GDPR, IT Risk, Data Governance, and audit requirements. **What you bring to the team** * Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant roles. * Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets.
