The roles is required to ensure that consistent metadata management and data quality management practices are implemented at scale, support compliance, and enable a thriving data management community. **_Job Description_** **The following responsibilities must be fulfilled:** **Capability Ownership (Operating Model & Standards)** · Define, maintain and optimise a fit-for-purpose data management operating model, including processes, procedures, KPIs and responsibilities across the organisation · Define and evolve enterprise data management standards, implementation guides and templates for metadata management and data quality management **Solution Ownership (Tools, Roadmap & Change)** · Own the solution roadmap for enterprise data management tools and platforms (e.g. Ataccama), including backlog prioritisation, change governance and release management · Ensure tooling configuration and ways of working support the operating model, including onboarding, support and integration patterns where applicable **Metadata Management Capability** · Drive adoption of the Enterprise Business Glossary, metadata repositories and lineage/impact analysis practices to enable consistent understanding and effective use of data **Data Quality Management Capability** · Define and govern enterprise data quality practices, including metrics, control expectations, issue management and
