Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank. ## Responsibilities Business Data-Driven Strategy: Conduct in-depth analysis of the full business lifecycle of cross-border payment scenarios, including transaction processing, clearing, foreign exchange settlement, risk control, revenue generation and capital flow. Establish standardized data analysis frameworks and KPI indicator systems. Deliver in-depth business reviews, growth optimization strategies and risk assessment analyses to support core management decision-making. Data Platform Planning & Construction: Lead the overall planning and implementation of data warehouse, data middle platform and BI visualization platforms. Coordinate cross-functional business and technical resources, oversee full-cycle data governance, including unified data caliber, standardized data layering and hierarchical permission system construction. Eliminate data silos and build a reusable, business-oriented data system. Team Leadership & Management: Take full charge of the management of the BI team and Data Engineering team. Establish standardized team workflows and collaboration mechanisms, decompose business objectives, and reasonably allocate tasks covering data analysis, BI visualization development, data engineering development and platform operation & maintenance.
