Data Lake Engineer **The Opportunity:** For an organization to transform in today’s digital world, it needs to properly collect, store, and organize its data. Effective data management can enable more efficient operations, yielding more growth. As a data architect, you know how to apply your creative-thinking and analytical mindset to help organizations manage their data assets. We’re looking for a data architecture lead like you to solve complex challenges and deliver leading-edge solutions for warfighters. As a data lake engineer on our team, you’ll use your extensive technical expertise to lead the design of data architecture solutions for DoW data-driven projects. You’ll resolve routine data architecture-related issues in collaboration with business analysts and technology teams by analyzing data architecture-related mission needs and making recommendations for optimization. In this role, you’ll share your technical expertise, introduce best practices, and use tools like ETL processes. You’ll lead your team as it designs, defines, develops, and tests cloud solution components, and you’ll serve as a liaison between clients and developers to ensure that requirements are met and solutions are delivered. The world can’t wait. **You Have:** * Experience in Databricks platform administration, including workspace configuration, Unity Catalog, cluster performance tuning, and cloud integration * Experience in ETL data pipeline development, Delta Lake optimization, and AI/ML workflow integration * Experience in SysEngOps, DevSecOps, version control systems, such as Git, and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and governance * Experience in cloud security, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance with DoW data policies across AWS, Azure, and GCP * TS/SCI clearance * Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or Engineering Management and 2+ years of experience managing enter
