Must Have
Bachelor's degree required, 5+ years of professional experience in data labeling, annotation operations, imagery analysis, content operations, data operations, or related analytical fields, Prior experience managing teams and direct reports is required, Demonstrated experience hiring, onboarding, and developing employees in an operational environment, Prior hands-on data labeling experience is required
Nice to Have
Experience with imagery analysis, video annotation, and text labeling is highly preferred

Ensure high-quality and timely project execution

Track productivity benchmarks
