Full Job Description

As a Process Intelligence Analyst & Engineer, you bridge the gap between Business and IT. You are not only responsible for uncovering inefficiencies using Process Mining, but you also develop the technical data pipelines and automation solutions required to realize these potentials. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT * You will identify, extract, and transform data from source systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) to create digital twins of our business processes. * You will analyze process variants, identify bottlenecks, and calculate business cases for process optimization. * You will build and maintain robust ETL pipelines and data models that serve as the foundation for real-time dashboards. * You will collaborate with functional departments to develop concepts for process improvement (e.g., via AI, RPA or workflow adjustments). * You will present your findings clearly and support the implementation of process changes. YOUR SKILLS MATTER * Education Degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science and/or Business Administration with a technical focus, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification. * Process Mining Proven experience with Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio, or MEHRWERK). * Data Visualization Strong proficiency in SQL/PQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). * Data Engineering Experience in data modeling and ETL processes (knowledge of Python is a plus). * Analysis Methods You are proficient in complex process analysis methods (Lean Six Sigma is a plus) and have a deep understanding of ERP landscapes. * Analytical Skills You possess strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to explain complex issues simply. * Languages Fluency in English (German skills would be a plus).
