Must Have
4+ years working with data and SQL, 4+ years of experience in business requirements gathering, 4+ years of experience in stakeholder management, 4+ years of experience translating strategic objectives into technical BI solutions, 4+ years of experience with a BI tool in a data modeling, visualization, or hybrid capacity, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Business Information Technology or related field, 2+ years of experience working with data systems or tools in a business setting, Fluency in English, Fluency in Portuguese
Nice to Have
Experience supporting Sales organizations through BI solutions, Familiarity with common sales metrics, Familiarity with pipeline reporting, Familiarity with quota attainment, Familiarity with forecasting, Hands-on experience with semantic layer architecture, Hands-on experience with data modeling best practices, Collaborating across modeling and visualization teams, Experience across the full solution lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization, Familiarity with complementary Microsoft technologies, SharePoint integration, Teams integration, Microsoft Fabric
