Must Have
Proven experience leading teams delivering data engineering, analytics, or machine learning projects, hands-on skills in Python and SQL, Experience with modern data stacks such as GCP, BigQuery, DBT, Dagster, or similar tools, Knowledge of data warehousing, reverse ETL, and data transformation processes, Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, analytical thinking, organizational skills, ownership mindset
Nice to Have
background in marketing analytics, especially within B2B environments, Experience with multi-touch attribution modeling and customer analytics, Experience with Machine Learning, propensity modeling, or AI-driven MDM solutions, Familiarity with CDP platforms such as Segment, Hightouch, or Eloqua, Experience integrating data across multiple CRMs and ERPs
