Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, 7 plus years of experience in UI and UX design with a focus on dashboards and data products, Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and problem solving, Experience designing internal tools and external web applications for data driven use cases, Hands on experience with Tableau, Understanding of data visualization best practices, Experience working closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams to define requirements and design solutions, Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, Experience with design handoff to engineering teams
Nice to Have
Candidates from Computer Science or Engineering backgrounds with UX design experience, Prior exposure to healthcare, clinical terminologies, therapeutic areas, Provide sound rationale for recommendations to gain support and commitment, Manage ambiguity, change and uncertainty effectively, making timely decisions to keep work moving forward, Adapt to dynamic business needs with flexibility and willingness to contribute across tasks, Experience using AI tools to support design workflows, communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions and influence stakeholders, Experience designing accessible and inclusive user experiences, Ability to measure success using product and user metrics such as adoption, usability, and engagement
