What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5 years experience in loyalty and retail sectors, Business analysis experience in large commercial organisations, Vendor Management experience

Nice to Have

African based Loyalty and Payments experience, Retail Fuels environment experience, Multi-site retail operation experience, Fluent in French

What You'll Do.

Define KPIs across Customer Experience portfolio

Develop consistent reporting across vendors and OUs

Manage results against offers and campaigns

Build library of results for sharing

Develop templates to show trends

Present insights to OU

Manage monthly process of reviewing OU performance

Manage development of material to onboard markets

Educate wider teams on value of payments

Incorporate other data sources

Understand data model and attributes

Identify and make recommendations for data quality improvements

Determine innovative ways to show data trends visually

Manage data deep-dives into data and insights

Form hypothesis from data

Establish practices and recommendations to prove hypothesis
