What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Data Analytics, or a closely related or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and directly relevant experience in data management, information governance, analytics, or related areas.
Nice to Have
Experience working in a regulated or healthcare environment, Candidates with experience in data quality management, reporting, or business intelligence tools, Professional certifications in data management or governance

And you’ll get to practice your passion in a non-profit, mission-driven organization that’s known for the highest level of care in our communities **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analyze information processing or computation needs and design improvements. * Develop and maintain system documentation, test procedures, and quality standards. * Coordinate and link systems across departments to increase data compatibility. * Prepare and review data governance and system performance reports. * Conduct feasibility and cost-benefit analyses for data governance initiatives. * Recommend new tools, platforms, or data management methodologies. * Expand or modify systems to improve data quality or workflow efficiency. * Train staff and users on data quality standards and governance principles. * Review and analyze performance indicators to identify and correct data integrity issues. * Participate in or lead audits to evaluate data compliance and quality. * Assist in developing data dictionaries, policies, and standards.
