And you’ll get to practice your passion in a non-profit, mission-driven organization that’s known for the highest level of care in our communities **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide users with technical support for data-related problems. * Document data definitions, flows, and metadata in alignment with governance. * Perform routine data quality audits and assist in resolving discrepancies. * Assess and adapt pre-developed application packages to meet user requirements. * Train end-users on basic system functions or data entry procedures. * Coordinate with IT teams to ensure consistent data backups and user access controls. * Proactively engage in ongoing self-learning activities to continuously expand knowledge and understanding across supported areas and related healthcare and technology domains, contributing to improved efficiency and quality of support provided. * Promotes the image and reputation of the System by exhibiting servant leadership and providing direct and open lines of communication. * Contributes to the work of committees, workgroups, project management, and other collaborative efforts of the System. * Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System. **SKILLS****AND ABILITIES** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Ability to learn and apply data governance principles and best practices. * Effective written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in data documentation, spreadsheets, and database tools. * Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a team environment. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Data Analyti
