Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data management, reporting, analytics, or governance within a financial services or similarly regulated environment, Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, Working knowledge of data governance frameworks and metadata management platforms (e.g., Collibra), Analytical skills with the ability to identify data discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend remediation, Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
