Full Job Description
## Accountabilities You will be responsible for supporting, designing, and optimizing data exchange processes across internal systems and external partner integrations, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and operational efficiency. Design, maintain, and improve internal workflows and procedures related to EDI and data exchange functions. Support day-to-day operations for EDI Business Process Analysts, ensuring timely resolution of issues and requests. Troubleshoot and resolve data, integration, and system issues across internal platforms and third-party administrators. Coordinate validation of requirements and implementation strategies for EDI/API connections, including eligibility and enrollment processes. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to translate requirements into technical solutions. Work with structured data formats such as 834 files, CSV, and API-based data exchanges (REST, HTTP, Web APIs). Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding data connections, ensuring timely communication and resolution. Monitor system issues, report problems, and contribute to continuous improvement of data exchange processes. Requirements The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data exchange systems, integration workflows, and cross-functional collaboration. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, IT, Data, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience working with EDI data formats such as 834, CSV, and structured data transformations. Familiarity with API integrations (REST, HTTP, Web APIs) and system-to-system data exchanges. Experience with benefit administration or HR platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, Employee Navigator, Paylocity, etc.) is a plus. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify and resolve workflow gaps.
