## Company: Marsh Corporate ## ## Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our**Data Exchange** team at **Marsh**. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working three days in office. **Data Exchange Analyst (Globalscape and Kiteworks)** **_We will count on you to:_** * Manage and maintain the operational readiness of critical data transfer applications and infrastructure. * Build and enhance data transfers for internal and external clients, ensuring security compliance. * Address tickets and resolve issues using ServiceNow, including triaging and resolving incident tickets. * Participate in client calls to understand requirements, address change tickets, and ensure service satisfaction. * Automate batch processing tasks, integrate applications, and manage platforms across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. **_What you need to have:_** * Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field. * 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with operational knowledge of Globalscape and Kiteworks. * Experience in administering the GlobalScape data transfer platform or similar data transfer platforms. * Proficient in the use of SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, PGP encryption, data transfer ciphers, macs, and key algorythms * Proficient in reviewing logs and troubleshooting connectivity issues to resolution. * Familiar with working in Windows Active Directory, SharePoint, SQL Server, AWS, Azure, and shell scripting, Service Now, Microsoft Windows Clustering and OKTA Two-factor authentication ** _What makes you stand out:_** * Willingness to learn, possess a positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment * Self-motivated, highly organized, resourceful and meticulous * Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure * Ability to work independently as well as within a team Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) is a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments,
