HeadQuarters is a global start-up that partners with US cannabis companies to provide support in finance, sales operations, logistics, and digital marketing. Our team's unique expertise enables us to drive innovation in this rapidly developing industry. **Position Overview** At the moment, we are in search of a Data Validation Associate to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations team within the dynamic cannabis industry. As a member of our outsourcing company, you will assist our cannabis-based clients by handling data entry tasks essential to their sales operations. Your responsibilities will include managing data, ensuring accurate information exchange, and streamlining processes to save time for the sales ops department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in a rapidly evolving field while contributing to the success of our global start-up. This is a**full time role**(40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, weekends are off). It includes **13 days of vacation** on a yearly basis (with every year spent with the company, you will receive +1 additional day off) as well as **US holidays!** Expected work hours are 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM PST**(10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Serbia time zone),** with the possibility of transitioning to another team in the same role with hours from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST **(6:00 PM – 02:00 AM Serbia time zone).** _Please specify your availability in the application form._ You will be hired as an **independent contractor (freelance)** with a**fixed GROSS monthly salary.** **Responsibilities** * Enter and update large volumes of product and vendor data (names, pricing, SKUs, invoices, menus, attributes, etc.) into spreadsheets and systems with high accuracy. * Cross-check and reconcile information between Google Sheets, POS/ERP platforms (e.g., Treez, Dutchie), and other databases. * Maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all records (naming conventions, image links, METRC alignment, etc.
