Own the ingestion roadmap: translate source-system and consumer needs into prioritized pipeline deliverables; run intake from source-system owners (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, OneStream, platform APIs). Deliver clean, usable BigQuery datasets: enforce the zone model, consistent naming, partitioning and modeling (OBT, star schema); set data-quality gates at ingestion and data contracts with consumers. Drive engineering practices: own CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code standards, and the Architectural Decisions process. Operate the platform: own observability, incident response, the support/SLA model, and GCP cost governance. Manage stakeholders: be the single point of contact for source-system owners and downstream data consumers; honor EU data-locality constraints. ## What we are looking for 5+ years in data/analytics engineering, with experience leading a data engineering team.
