6+ years of experience, bachelor’s degree in computer science background, understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, Ability to analyze business requirements and functional specifications, translate them into effective technical solutions, enterprise data platforms, scalable solution architecture, building and optimizing data pipelines, microservices, containerized applications, System Design, Data Structures & Code Quality, Solid understanding of Git features and workflows, Proven ability to coordinate with cross‑regional teams, work independently, collaborate effectively as part of a global development team, grasp of data structures and algorithms, development of efficient, scalable, and maintainable applications, Ensures adherence to coding standards, best practices, performance optimization
Nice to Have

This role focuses on building high-performance data pipelines, lakehouse architectures, and distributed processing solutions to enable advanced analytics in the financial domain. The candidate will lead engineering strategy, promote best practices, and leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and innovation. Strong expertise in cloud, data engineering, and platform optimization is critical to ensure reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-driven business solutions.
