Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Minimum 2 to 8 years of experience in a leading data engineering role, dependent on the seniority level of the position, Minimum 2 to 8 years of experience in agile product team organization, Proven hands-on expertise with (Azure) Databricks Lakehouse technology, Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, and related services, Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence technologies is beneficial. Preferably Microsoft Power BI, For senior roles: Experience leading development teams, including task delegation and mentoring junior developers
What You'll Do.
Translate requirements into Extract-Load-Transform pipelines for bronze
Design and optimize data flows
and optimize pipeline performance for reliability and scalability
and provide third-level support for data assets
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with architects on solutions; Work with Analytical Engineers, AI Engineers, and Data Analysts to ensure data assets meet requirements; Promote asset reuse through documentation, collaboration, and technical training
