Core Responsibilities: * Data analysis and source research: * Before the migration takes place, the analyst conducts thorough analyses of the existing databases and systems. This includes understanding the data structures, identifying functional objects and attributes, and recognizing data quality issues such as data inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing data. * Migration design: * She/he works with the migration architect and migration engineers to develop a robust migration design that aligns with the chosen migration approach. In doing so, he/she takes into account the technical requirements of the project, such as data transformation and mapping between source and target systems. * Data transformation and mapping: * Responsible for designing and creating conversion and mapping rules so that the data correctly and functionally meets the requirements of the target system. These rules ensure that data is both technically and functionally in line with the specifications of the new system. * Validation and quality control : * Develop and perform quality checks to ensure that the migrated data is accurate, complete, and usable. * Ensuring data integrity: * Ensure accurate, complete and efficient data migration without data loss or c
