Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field, Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop), Experience with data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery), Familiarity with machine learning concepts and tools, Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools, Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

The AMXL Data Engineering team is seeking a Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of large-scale data infrastructure and business impact, where you'll design and build robust data solutions that drive efficiency across Amazon's AMXL business operations and enhance our selling partners' compliance journey. Basic Qualifications: - 1+ years of data engineering experience - Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines - Experience with one or more query language (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, DDL, MDX, HiveQL, SparkSQL, Scala) - Experience with one or more scripting language (e.g., Python, KornShell) Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with big data technologies such as: Hadoop, Hive, Spark, EMR - Experience with any ETL tool like, Informatica, ODI, SSIS, BODI, Datastage, etc. Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
